Is also 6 weeks post last DOCP injection and has ran out of cortate 5mg SID- has not received anything for the past 3 daysRosie has still been wel- EDDU normally. No hyporexia, no lethargy or depression, or V+ or D+.Physical Exam: BARHeart and lungs good. No murmur. NAD throughout all lung fields. HR+PRMM pink moist 1secDS 2/4Assessment: Overdue for both m'coi and g;coid supplementation- disucssed testing levels and perhaps starting at a different dose rate depending on the reading. Also discussed lack of clinical signs.Treatment: - opted to cont on the same level- 1.1mg/kg (0.45ml)- due to slight weight loss- cont on 5mg cortate daily.Plan: - advised to monitor appetite, energy levels and V or D+.- advise to call if any concerns. It may be that we incr dose of cortate for a few days for a potential crisis (currently 0.5mg/kg SID- double this for at least 3 days)    Vital Signs    Weight: 10.2;
