JAYNEHistory:Boil on bottom before Christmas- at consult advised to monitorNot bothering, not getting betterbleeding on the carpetNot dragging bottom on ground.Examine:6oclock position of anus is pinprick sized spot of bloodApplied pressure- some fatty looking tissue came from it- hepatoid growth?no discrete mass to remove externally or palpable rectallyOpening slightly bigger (approx 3mm) and slightly more blood- applied some tissue glueBCS 7/9Discussed that at this point Sx would be tricky as not obvious mass to remove so could remove too much tissue or not enough.Plan:Hopefully clears up.If still bleeding after 1 week to book in for surgical exploration/correction.
