Made to sit down twice in consulting room with no noise produced, very comfortable sitting with no signs of pain or discomfort. No signs of hip dysplasia noted from sitting posture.</p><p>ASSESSMENT<br>Intermittent clicking noise when sitting - no abnormalities detected on examination today</p><p>PLAN<br>Additional Discussion:<br>- Owner advised to monitor condition<br>- If symptoms worsen, radiographs will be considered</p>
