- First occurrence of limping and pain in right foreleg, started last night and still limping this morning
- No recent significant physical activity
- Always indoors overnight
- Ate well in the morning

EXAM
Heart: Murmur present - as prev loud HM. HR 128bpm. 
Right foreleg: Limping, almost not touching the ground this morning but lameness is barely noticeable during consult.
Shoulders: Muscle soreness around both shoulders
Right elbow: Uncomfortable when extended
Right paw: small circular area of redness on palmar ID skin, not painful to touch
General: Pain reaction when both forelegs are manipulated

DIAGNOSIS
- Musculoskeletal pain, possibly related to arthritis or injury

PLAN
1. Rec strict rest. Rec Meloxicam for pain relief, reassess in one week - 1.5mg po sid 
2. Option to add Paracetamol if needed - label printed with dose - ok to give 250mg po bid
3. Consider X-rays if no improvement with pain management
4. Applied Neocort cream to the red spot on the paw
5. Recheck early next week if pain persists
