L ear: canal clean, TM intact, TM has blood vessels over the surface of it. CYTOLOGY: NSF R ear: clean, TM intact. CYTOLOGY: NSF A: Otitis externa resolved microscopically inflammation still present P: Offered options 1: specialist referral 2: trial elocon again Start elocon into both ears weekly Reassess at consult next week. If not improving, consider specialist referral.

EKD Poloxamer dosing going well o thinks ears a looking a little better quick peek down the ears- R ear good, TM intact, clean. L ear TM has blood vessels over it, intact, canal slightly red, but clean. EKD poloxamer 2.5ml into each ear cytology next week
