HX:
EDD normally, no v+, s+, c+ or d+.
Has been urinating in the garage and in house frequently.
Is generally an anxious dog, had hospital stay early in the year precipitating anxiety.
No other issues.
UTD with flea, tick and worming.

PE:
DENT - grade 1/2 dental disease - mild tartar.
All PE WNL.

ASSESS:
Problem list:
- G1 dental disease - advised dental within 6-12 months.
- Periuria - ddx includes; psychogenic - anxiety induced vs primary urinary - UTI, crystalluria, congenital issue. Advised rule out renal and urinary issues with blood test and full U/A. If WNL, consider trialing behaviour-modifying medication/anxiolytic + 1:1 training sessions.

PLN:
1. Blood taken for CBC/biochem (IDEXX - TAHP).
2. O to drop in MSU for in house urinalysis.
