Discussed dental home care - recc brushing teeth. Nina has done in the past but not recently. Recheck teeth at vaccination in May

Attached are Goldie's faecal results showing she was positive and high range for Clostridial Perfringens. 

Clostridial organisms are part of the normal microflora of the canine intestinal tract. However, Clostridial infection can occur from ingestion of meat contaminated with toxigenic strains of clostridial organisms, and pets consuming raw meat diets can have a high incidence of colonisation in their gut. Some studies have shown that even commercial, frozen, raw-meat diets have isolated Clostridial Perfringens in the food.

It is recommended to follow at least a 7-day transition plan before exclusively feeding your pet a new food. Start by mixing 75% of Goldie's current diet with 25% of the new diet on Day 1 and Day 2. On Day 3 and Day 4, mix 50% of the current diet with 50% of the new diet. On Day 5 and Day 6, mix 25% of the current diet with 75% of the new diet. On Day 7, you can feed Goldie the new food exclusively.
