04/03/2026 Concern for recently noticed lump on the chest region Subjective: BAR Objective: mm pink, moist, crt < 2 sec eyes - nad ears - nad heart - normal systolic rhythm, rate - lungs - nad abdo palpation - no pain, no masses musculoskeletal - nad genitourinary - dental - Integument - R 1st nipple a bit inflammed and the pigmented portion is bigger than the surrounding nipples. Fur loss on the ventral chest region. Temp - Assessment: Suspect lump is a nipple Plan: Recc monitor only.
