Came in for hotspot on sunday - o have started abx yesterday but report that Henry is still very uncomfortable and unsettled unsure if he is in pain advised likley need to clip area of hotspot to allow it to properly heal up - VG's hx said too uncomfortable without sedation so need to sedate and clip it up O asking about desexing at same time - spoke to EF - unlikely as meds would contraindicate each other NSAIDS for desexing vs pred for hot spot alternatively can pick up pred to start but unlikely to help without sed and clipping and cleanig hotspotrelayed above to o - o happy to monitor and let us know if booking in or picking up meds by tomorrow
