06/03/2026 Here for itchy ears has been progressing slowly few months, o cleaned with wipes and seemed better but then came back itching ears check wt and teeth Has been well otherwise Current meds n/a, no suppl behaviour - gaurding socks tissues and soft toys - gets aggressive barks and snaps Current preventatives NGS a: HR 112 no murmur, no arrythmia RR normal eyes good ears - cytology bilateral malasezia, oral exam gd 2 tartar canines and insisors hard to exaine restof mouth dental grade 2/4 lymph nodes normal skin/integ good abdo palpation NSF BC 4/9 Temp ND a: malasezia OE gd 2 dental dz gaurding behaviour p: needs ear clean able to do at same time as S/P recc referral to Michelle Rassoul for behavioral issues pred to start 3 days prior to ear clean
