Reason: A/G Issue, O Bloody Brown On Her BedAppointment Notes: keeps trying to lick/bite the areaLeft ear looking good now.Seemed to be constipated recently and passing something bloody.  Not sure if from a wound or from the bottom itself.Has been bothered by the area.Not vomiting or inappetant.MMpink.Chest and abdo NAD.Ears NAD.Eyes mildly cloudy.Normal faeces in rectum.Right anal gland moderately full - emptied.Left anal gland mildly full and emptied, but also has an approximately 5mm firm mass associated with it.  After initial secretion came out, a second squeeze caused frank blood to come from the regular anal gland hole.  No skin wound over it.Possible anal gland adenocarcinoma.Discussed leaving it vs surgery here vs referral for CT and removal.To think about it over the weekend and get back to me.    Vital Signs    Weight: 14.25;
