05/03/2026 H: see prev. ongoing infection r.ear. o said improved on meds, but not resolved. also thinks may be growth? eduf all ok. S: BAr O: t 38.2, hr 100, mms pink, crt 1-2 secs, pulses ok. lungs clear. eyes nad ears: l.ear clear. r.ear inflamed, canal very stenotic, cannot assess tympanum. pussy discharge near opening of canal prominent tissue, poss mass vs swollen tissue? lns nad skin nad abdo nad ms nad urogen nad externally. A; appears stable. infection r.ear. consider poss pseudomonas? resistance? mass? P: recc swab for c/s. o declined for now. commence enro dex/ear drops. commence oral amoxyclav, and pred course. otoflush eod. recheck 2 weeks. iNI then stop topical meds, and swab for c/s afer 3-5 days. if going well, monitor tissue to see if lump of just swelling, if mass, then will require removal once infection reduced as is partly occluding ear canal.
