05/03/2026 H: when o was patting, felt lump on l.lat thorax/flank region. not bothering dog, eduf all ok. S; BAr O; t 38.2, hr 98, mms pink crt 1-2 sec, pulse sok. lungs clear. eyes nad ears nad lns and skin nad abod nad ms nad urogen and externally. l.lat caudal chest, midway down, deep/sc mobile, well demarcated approx thumbnail size lump. well encapsulated, non-painful. A; appears typical of lipoma P; monitor for now. fna attempt at this stage would be difficult given size and how wriggly!. monitor for growth, attachment change etc, if noted, then recc removal and histo as next step.
