Presented for - (Smelly urine - suspect UTI for the last 4-5days)
Current medications: Beransa inj, mussel supplement.

Mentation: BAR
MM: p/m
CRT: <2sec

Skin tent: Good skin turgor
LN: WNLs, no obvious lymphadenopathy noted
Ears: Clear, no malodor, no discharge
Eyes: cloudy, no discharge
Chest Auscultation: Normal bronchovesicular sounds, nil respiratory effort.
Abdo Palpation: Soft and comfortable. No obvious mass felt.
Temp: Not performed
Rectal Exam:  Not performed
Skin: Good coat coverage, Lumps and bumps. 
Joints/Gait: Ambulating well. No obvious lameness observed or reported by O. Complete MSK exam not performed.
Urogenital: Unremarkable

Blood work: Pre-GA performed

3. (Smelly urine 4-5days onset, USG 1.020, haematuria on in-house urinalysis, leukocyte +++ presente in urine, no increase unrination frequency or amount)
DDx: (UTI vs bladder mass vs urethral mass vs kidney disease)

Treatment in clinic:
(Amoxycalv 250mg - 1 tab BID for 10days)

Started on Amoxyclav 250mg BID for 10 days
Urine sampled and sent off for urinalysis culture and sensitivity
