02/03/2026 Vomiting on Sat - not keeping water down initially. 
Back to normal on Sunday but had diarrhoea / no vomiting. 
No vomiting still today / O noticed mucous jelly in stool this morning. Loose stool remains + grass in it ++
Fresh blood in it. 
Seems to be his normal self. 
Normal appetite. 

O unaware if Leo has ingested anything unusual or different. 
Up to date with vaccination + worming (worming due this week). 

MM-moist, pink, CRT < 2 sec

Abdo palpation - relaxed, comfortable, no obvious palpable abnormalities

Most likely acute GE

Start prokolin + bland diet.
