She ate chicken well last night vbut vomitted half o/night, Will give cerenia injection tonight, home with a script for ondansteron if needed. , will do fluids for 2 days as has been on meloxicam ,may be able to get her feelign a bit better. Fluids at 2x maint. Has grade 2-3 murmur so need to be careful not to overload. Not able to get urine sample on admit, not able to do usg. Hartmans 50ml/hr tonight, tomorrow do 40ml/hr.
