CBC mild neutrophilia
Biochem: mild increase in GLOB, and TP
rest wnl
Xrays, mild amount of gas distention in transverse colon, rest all looks normal, no plication
ultrasound: normal liver, spleen, kidneys, stomach empty no evidence of fb, bladder too small to sample JL tried twice and TH also tried. 

placed on IVFT @ 45ml hr

Gave metacam injection 0.28ml sc after 3 hours on fluids
Temperature dropped throughout the day final temp taken when he came off IVFT 39.1

Dispensed more metacam to take home
O to try and get urine sample if possible
return if no improvement
