Appointment Reason: Vomiting, Appointment Notes: FHHistoryYesterday and today vomited about 4 times. Hasnt gotten into anything that they know of. Has had diarrhoea last few days but is back to normal now. Not eating as much as he usually would but still happy and full of energy. Physcial examNSFPlanCould be something random he got into that upset his stomachOtherwise next step would probably be diet trial with anallergenic. If anallergenic doesnt work then maybe ultrasound and bloods in the future. Going to specialist VRH neurology on 20march. Will start of with antinausea and see how he goes.
