Occasional kangaroo.PE:- T-38.3- HR 100 bpm, no murmur NSR- RR/lungs: Lungs clear on auscultation, normal respiratory effort.- MM-N- LNN- All peripheral lymph nodes normal on palpation.- ABD-tense abd, unable to palpate detail. Splinting with deep cranial abd palp. Signif?- BCS 4/9- Otoscopy/ears: No abnormalities detected.- Oral health: Grade 1-2  calculus - Eyes: Normal.- Msk system: Normal - Integument: Normal.- Urogenital: Anal glands empty on external palpation.- CNS: Not routinely examined.PROBLEM LIST:1.
