Matted hair (Vetstoria Appointment) O has been overseas for the past 5 weeks and when they got home found that Snowy had significant matting over her HLs and Axilla regions causing a lot of pain. O tried to cut out the mats but Snowy has been crying. Otherwise been well EDDU normal with no CVSD. Admitted for sedation to clip out mats as when trying to examine in consult was crying and hissing. BAR - nervous HR: 180bpm RR: 32brpm Sedated with 0.1ml Medetomidine IM L neck muscles. Sedation was: light but sufficent. Mats clipped out. Sedtion reversed with Atipamezole IM

F3 History: Saw RT in MAY 2025 for spinal sensitivity and was recommended to have radiographs of the affected area. At the time the insurance policy was within the cooling period so they did not proceed. O reports that since then they have not noticed any further sensitivity in the spinal regions. She is ambulating well and jumps comfortably. EDDU well with no CVSD. Indoor only cat. Single cat household. Diet: R/C mancoon diet with greenies. O has noticed despite the diet and dental management they can still smell halitosis. Clinical Exam BCS : (4/9) (BAR) MM: (Pink and moist, CRT <2 sec.) Temperature:(nt) Cardiovascular: HR (170)/min, Pulse (strong and regular), (no murmur) auscultated Respiratory: Rate (28)/min, Normal bronchovesicular sounds Mouth: NAD dental score (0)/(1-2) - gingivitis present over the dorsal dentition. No obvious halitosis aside from regular feline oral smell. Bite conformation (normal) Eyes: (NAD, clean and clear, no discharge) Nose: (NAD, clean, no discharge) Ears : (NAD, clean, no discharge) Gastrointestinal: (Soft and comfortable with palpation, no masses palpated) Genito/Urinary: (NAD). Integument: (Coat is clean, no ectoparasites noted) MSK: (able to ambulate well in consult) - palpably comfortable over spine with palpation. No longer cries/vocalises or flinches Neurological: (NAD, full exam not performed, BAR) Lymph Nodes: (NAD) Assessment: (fit for vaccination) Treatment Plan: (Vaccinated with Nobivac F3 SQ scruff. Next due JAN 27) Recommended Prozym or Plaque off to trial to help with perceived halitosis
