Lump on neck HX: went away for the weekend staying with friends pickied up tueday night hard thing under neck small crusty lesion can feel more this morning has been scratching a bit more than usual, not the area in particular otherwise well, possibly a bit less jumpy whem owner picked up but going for walks eddu normally CE: BAR, nervous Eyes, ears, nares, oral MM pk, moist, CRT <2s HR wnl, no murmur, normal rhythm RR and effort wnl, no wheezes or crackles ausc Abdo palp soft and nonpainful Derm: ventral neck and chin mildly erythematous with multifocal raised red papules. no broken skin or discharge. rest of derm clear incl ventrum and paws rest of exam nsf Clipped affected areas under neck and chin tape impression cytology: squames ++, cocci 1+, no rods, no wbcs Assessment: DDX: atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis > food allergy, other. No evidence secondary becterial or yeast infection Plan: Neocort BID-TID x 7dayse
