Subjective/ Reason: ears

Objective:
R looks a bit inflamed since start of the week 
Shaking head
O does use flam/dex drops
Doing well since TPLO 8 months ago, no limping
EDDU normal
No vomiting

R ear nice and clear externally
L ear mucky and mildly inflamed
Cytology > R clear, L 5 yeast/hpf
Grade 1 murmur auscultated (has been auscultated once in the past), difficult to hear over breathing/panting though
RHL all good, stifle comfortable

Assessment:
Otitis externa L ear

Plan/ Treatment:
Surolan 0.5ml BID R ear for 2 wks then recheck
Needs more flam/dex, dispensed and can do this in L ear for time being
Discussed will need to change this in future to keto/dex with atara as flamazine discontinued

Came in with possible tick
UTD bravecto
Has been slightly off today

Tick like lump on RHS flank. Clipped around area to better visualise. 
Attempted removal with tick twisters but very attached to skin, very sore to twist around
Can see skin attachment underneath bump >> likely skin tag
Wiped with betadine and applied neocort

O to monitor and let us know if any further concerns
Did not want full consult today
