Spoke to BQ this morning, she advised get in to see you for recheck, poss start pred sooner for CHOP protocol, awaiting oncologist report. Vincristine is here at Stratford ready to go DR 04/03H: V last night and this am. :Lethargic. E: BAR in here. LNs ++. T: 38.5Abdo NAD on palpation. A: Likley lymphoma induced malaise. Poss Occult infection tc. P: Admti for bloods/ABs/AEs. Start CHOP tomorrow (had metacam yesterday am so don't want to start steroid today). L: Higher Neut and Monos and also ALKP/ALT cgf last tests. Assume furtehr lymphoma infilatration etc. P: Start tx tomorrow am. CHOP/VCAP protocol. WIll drop off approx 9am.
