Reason: Bloods SpAppointment Notes: lvm to confirm kmHistory- currently on 50mg phenobarb BID for idiopathic epilepsy. Going well, no seizures. O has keppra at home if a seizure occurs- can give 250-500mg TID for 3days if needed.Here for pheno assay. Due meds in 1 hour.Examination- BAR, ears/eyes/ln/abdomen nad, chest ausc ok. Excellent coat condition. Has put on a little weight- weighed out back as scales wrong on scales at reception.Laboratory- bloods taken and sent to Aurora.
