Consider GA xrays if anything concerning on ortho exam.Leanne to check flea/tick/worm/HW preventionPVP Medications dispensed: - Gabapentin 45mg/kg (1200mg) + Trazodone 10mg/kg (300mg) -- PO 2 hrs prior to appointments
