s-revisit ears and skin, o has noticed ears are smelly again and some scabs through coat, also need to check if any hotspots since visit last month. Is on daily apoqel. o-BAR, sweet boy, bcs 8/9, panting. Scabs through dorsum and ventrum with +++ cocci on cytol, moist pyoderma on neck clipped and cleaned. Trimmed nails. Waxy grey discharge both ears with ++ rods and occas cocci. a-improving rod otitis, bacterial pyoderma, neck hotspot. p- course of abs (try liver flavoured as hard to give normal cephalexin tabs), continue apoqel - o asked if should consider switch back to cytopoint injections (2 x 40mg) but believe we stopped as didnt think helping, can try again though.
