Jet has aged significantly since I have last seen him- deterioration in his vision, nuclear scleorsis
Oral exam - previous on fistula looks good, crt and mm normal, HR and heart sounds normal, ventral abdomen - riddled with ring worm 

Administered 0.12/0.04 butorphanol/medetomidine

Ultrasound - bilateral normal kidneys, liver - alot of sludge in the gall baldder and thickening to the gall bladder wall however the echogenicity of the liver appears normal.  The spleen looks normal, stomach = normal appearance.  Beneath the kidney on the left side there is a small discrete mass that is all homogenous in appearance - maybe on the back of the spleen - appearance is fat like
