HR: 100Laboratory: Pre GA BW WNL Anaesthesia:Premedication: Medetomidine (5 mcg/kg) + Methadone (0.3 mg/kg) IM + additional Methadone 0.1mg/kg IV catheter placement: Cephalic vein.Induction: Alfaxan IV titrated to effect.Maintenance: Endotracheal intubation. 100% oxygen + isoflurane titrated to effect.Monitoring: Multiparameter monitoring, including HR, RR, SpO2, and anaesthetic depth, constantly monitored by a nurse.IV Fluids: Crystalloid fluids administered at 5-10 mL/kg IV. IV fluids reduced post-operatively.Dentistry:Full mouth scale and polish performedExtractions required: 1- 208- slab fracture with pulp cavity exposure and loose buccal segmentDental nerve block appliedExtracted routinely- both cranial lingual root and cd root fx on extraction as tooth was fractured vertically through roots- both roots extracted en toto w/o complication. Closed gingiva with 5-0 Monocryl. These are dissolvable.Dental chart completed with before and after pictures.Treatment: 1. Carprofen 4mg/kg SQ2. Carprofen 2.1mg/kg PO SID 5 days tgh 3. Paracetamol 11mg/kg PO BID-TID as required for additional analgesia 4. Temgesic 10ug/kg IM Plan:POC 3-5 days or Tues with LS (6 days) is okay if no concerns Feed softened food for the next 14 days Vital Signs Weight: 22.9;
