03/03/2026 S: Cash presents for Vacc as turning 1 year old and Os haven't given him booster Vacc yet... on reviewing prev Vacc records with O - Cash has never had a KC Vacc as breeder doesn't believe in them and is not due first adult C3 booster until Nov 2026 (reminder set). O keen to admin KC Vacc, will do at skin recheck. 
On NS monthly. 
Also Cash occasionally shaking head, O wonders if should pluck ears, and licking paws, esp LFL paw past few weeks

O: BAR, such a good lagotto, mm pink + moist, crt 2s, eyes nad, ears - hairy ear canal but zero inflam or discharge, only able to partially otoscope exam dt hair but no evidence of FBs - advised against routine ear plucking as can affect protective skin layer in ear canal and that we only rec Ear plucking if Cash becoming prone to ear infections or similar. 
Thoracic auscultation NAD, HR 100bpm
Abdo palpation NAD
Derm - all ventral ID paws mild erythema, esp LFL paw. No obvious FB / trauma. STP red paws: Malasezzia 3+, occasional cocci 

A: Malasezzia pododermatitis.
Tx: Ketoconazole 50/1/10, Pred 5/1/3, 2.5/1/5, Malaseb paws SID 3d, then BIW

P: Recheck paws 10-14d, sooner if any issues with progress. At recheck to admin intranasal KC Vacc. Os happy with plan.
