04/03/2026 here to rpt FNA on toe lump has gone down and less inflammed and irritated able to RPT FNA consious rbc +++ neutrophils and acellular keratin - burst inflammed cyst plan to change - recc ab's 10 days then RV and remove lump bloods today for prega check SC to resend up to date estimate (removed charge from cytology as previous non diagnostic) Stress leukogram, low platelets (MC looked at smear and lots of large platelets) Albumin 45 * - dehydration? Alkaline Phosphatase 174 * ALT130 * Total Bilirubin 11 * Blood Urea Nitrogen 11.8 * renal vs pre-renal Calcium 3.28 * - need ionised calcium Glucose 7.2 * - stress 5/3 YT Need a morning urine sample to check USG Run iCa or rpt bloods in 2-4 weeks fasted sample to check TCa Mildly elevated hepatic parameters DDx hepatopathy, hepatitis STO and advised as above. Starts Ab ytd morning, 3 doses so far. Has a bit of soft stools this morning. No vomiting and eating well, gave meds with food. Recheck fasted bloods and O to bring in a morning urine sample when back for recheck in 2 weeks.
