Saw a vet a coupe of days ago. Started using otocomb otic (triamcinolon acetonide, neomycin, gramicidin, nyastatin. On LHL. Parasite control: UTD but unsure what brand. Covers fleas and mites though. Assessment: Erythemic / mildly ulcerated lump on LHL thigh. Tape prep / smear showed degernative neutrphils and cocci + Plan: Clipped and cleaned. chlorhexidine cleaning followed by neocort application for a week. Stop otocomb otic. If no improvement or getting worse revisit.
