Assessment:
1. Lethargy and stretching behaviour - possible abdominal pain
- Stretching behaviour specific for abdominal pain
- Weight loss concerning
- Bloods normal one month ago
- Repeat bloods and urine sample today
- Urine culture if abnormalities detected
- Abdominal ultrasound recommended - Dr Elise Monday
- Specialist referral option discussed if required

2. Weight loss

Treatment:
- Pentosan injection (4th in course)
-Maropitant injection for abdominal pain

Plan:
- Urine sample collection
- Repeat bloods
- Abdominal ultrasound Monday with Dr Elise
- Pick up from lunchtime onwards
- Phone with blood results tomorrow
- Book in for abdominal ultra sound and chest rays on Monday
