ASSESSMENT:neoplasia suspected. other ddx included infection.PLAN:sedate xray showed marked effusion/swelling under and around patella. question about distal femur bone changes. patella lift off femur.FNA taken in swelling and in joint. not enough sample for culture. QML -Job\'s reference number: V-261341Addenum: FNA came back propable sacroma. unable to see infection.-> next option will be biopsy to confirm, amputation +/- radiotherapy. owner to consider
