HISTORY: presented with swelling of muzzle and hives on top of head
O have given 1/2 zyrtec and seems to have improved slightly
O were out for breakfast with bones and he yelped and was chewing at his left thigh
Didnt see any signs of bee etc
on fluoxetine 5mg for separation anxiety, otherwise no other regular meds
No vomiting or collapse, seems fine and running around but swelling worsening

looks slightly nauseous
discussed blood gas- O declined for now as hes otherwise fine
gave chlorpheniramine 1mg/kg
dex 0.1mg/kg SC
monitored here for 30mins
no changes
wincing on deep palpation of thigh muscle, but no skin welts of obvious lameness etc

HISTORY: Regular vet: Kwinana 
History: majority of the time he is fine. last night wasn't himself, hiding and didnt want to sleep on the bed. passing small faeces, not hard, no blood, no straining.  Urinating fine
still has a good appetite, vomited once a few days ago (small piece of fluff) 
stomach has been a bit gurgly 
still bright and himself .
no change in diet 
Ongoing meds: on fluoxetine for separation anxiety. (given this morning)

Fell out of trolley, landed on head. 



PE:  bilaterlly symmetricl PLR, consensual ok.  No evidence of trauma (fell on head) mandible NAD, no epistaxis, no neck pain.  Temp normal, HR WNL.  B&A, happy. 


PLAN:  Rest,  O to monitor but appears to be fine
