05/03/2026 Recheck for eye ulcer H: Has been treated for ulcer - initially happened as O found bat poo in her eyes. O thinks its tough getting eye drops into her eyes Paws at her eyes when doing the eye drops Previously: Were at Eildon later last year - she got dirt in her eye. Got infected, and found grains of sand. Made a serum from her blood as eye drops + eye drops to put in to her eye and it came good. O thinks its the same eye. Currently on Doxy Metacam Chlrosig drops E: R eye has a slight white opacity on the corneal surface. PLR present. Fluorescein stain positive - 2 ovoid areas of stain uptake - same size as previous visit. A: R eye corneal ulceration P: Given it has been nearly 2 weeks - elect to refer to eye specialist for work up/treatment. Refer to Melbourne eye specialist - given details to O to call, o going away over the weekend to Eildon so may not be able to see them until next week. Extend doxy and continue metacam and chlorsig until then. O to let us know when app is so we can send hx across.
