05/03/2026 History: Been going well at home, EDUD normally. On hills small kibble. Parasite control: Nexgaurd monthly, drontal every three months, due soon. Physical Examination: CARDIO: Auscultation normal, no murmur. ORAL: MM Pink and Moist CRT < 2 seconds Dental disease 1/4 Mild tartar on canines and cranassials RESPIRATORY: Bronchovesicular sounds normal, no crackles or wheezes, no effort GASTROINTESTINAL: Comfortable on palpation LYMPH: Symmetrical and of appropriate size OPTIC: No pain or blepharospasm OTIC: No scratching, pain, cerumen, or discharge. MSK Normal gait, no lameness noted, normal range of motion. INTEGUMENT: Clean coat, no masses noted UROGENITAL: Soft bladder on palpation. No inflammation around genitals. BCS: 6/9 Behavior: Did well for vx and anal glands in treatment area. Took some treats. Anal glands: Both expressed well, right not very full, left pea sized. Assessment: Fit for vaccination. Discussed increasing chewing or teeth brushing, use a bigger dental kibble or treats she can chew. Batch: Nobivac Flex DHPPi #2528102 + Oral Bb #2528102, Lepto C2i Virbac tapewormer: 1 tablet given here, one tablet given for in 3 months.
