27/02/2026 L ear flaring known allergies but unsure atopy +/- food allergies PE: L ear scoped TM intact ear canal mod discharge and erythema cytology malassezia ~50-100/HPF, cocci bacteria 2+ R ear nad A: OE L ear PLAN Home easotic sid for 7d RC in 7-10d if clear reswab nad then have discussed if FO keen can trial dog on elocon lotion for ears as maintenance initially 0.2mLs both ears eod for 2 weeks then reduce to 2x/week ongoing maintence and weekly otoflush worth trying as OE recurs very often FO has been very busy so has not had chance to take dog to dermatologist to manage allergies yet
