REASON - 3rd synovan and review medsHISTORY - Philomena has to wait in the car, as she can't get into the clinic. Sister bring Benji in - she feels that QOL is really reducing. Benji can't see and he falls over all the time and needs help getting up and has trouble toiletting. Trouble finding his food, but eats it well once he has found it. O has found blood spots on the floor past few days and has noticed an issue with his RH foot. EXAMINATIONMobility is poor - very slow and weak and falling over on table. RH foot - medial aspect of central paw pad there is a scabbed over wound - removed the scab and appears to be healing ok - is this an injury from mobility issues? ASSESSMENTReducing QOLRH foot lesionTREATMENTGalliprant 20mg SID for 7 daysPLANReview at 4th synovan. Discussed euthanasia and O is considering this.
