Appointment Notes: V+ 4 x times today History: Presenting for vomiting ~4x this morning, some fluff in one of the vomitsPossible grape exposure this morning, prior to vomiting, however no known ingestionSensitive stomach - on a diet of beef kibble from 'the farmers market' and SPD rollsNo diarrhoeaExam;BARMMs pink and moist, CRT <2sHR 88bpmNormal bronchovescular soundsAbdomen very tense craniallyT 38.5Blood drawn for chem17/lytes/CBC - mildly elevated urea, otherwise unremarkable. SDMA and Crea wnl. Prevomax 0.5ml s/cPlan: recheck ASAP if any futher vomiting and proceed to abdo imaging (discussed radiographs and/or u/s)feed a bland diet    Vital Signs    Weight: 5;       

10 day POC post castrate & teeth removal PE: Incision site healed perfectly. Decid tooth extraction site healed perfectly. One adult lower canine is contacting upper palate. Discussed monitoring this until fully erupted. If still contacting at 8months old then consider tx. O might pursue referral for tooth-sparing crownectomy. Pruritis noted very intensely during post-op period as giving medications in chicken. Os swapped to hydrolysed kibble - RC hypoallergenic dry ad lib + TID wet food Z/D initially. All pruritis resolved, clipper rash on ventrum resolved, was able to have cone off with no issue within 48hrs. Have since trialled some single protein wet food options - SPD lamb, turkey, beef one from another brand.  Kangaroo causes GI upset for him - already know this. A: Castrate site healed well. Monitor one mandibular incisor linguoverted. Suspected CHICKEN ALLERGY - discussed full elimination diet 4-6 weeks vs more casual trial as already started. Plan: O will continue to monitor diet intolerances + mandibular canine.     Vital Signs
