This didn't happen with the previous course. Wasn't sure if it's something related to the Synovan?<br>- went well after previous vaccines, no side effects/adverse reactions<br><br><strong>HISTORY</strong><br>Has been well, no changes to appetite, thirst, urination and defaecaetion, no vomiting or diarrhoea, no coughing or sneezing, no aural, nasal or ocular discharge. <br><br><strong>Current Diet</strong><br>- ZiwiPeak <br><br><strong>Current Medications (mg/kg):</strong><br>- nil<br><br><strong>Vaccination History</strong><br>- due today<br><br><strong>Current Parasite Prevention: monthly Nexgard S.</strong><br><br><strong>PVP? - none<br>FAS (in waiting area): 1</strong><br><br><strong>Exam</strong><br>- Demeanour: BAR<br>- BCS: 5/9 (ideal weight kg)<br>- Temp - 38.6degC<br>- HR - 80bpm<br>- RR - 40/min<br>- MM pink, CRT< 2 FP = synchronous, normodynamic<br>- CVS - normal sinus rhythm, no audible murmur<br>- RESP - normal respiratory effort, normal bronchovesicular sounds<br>- GIT - Comfortable on abdominal palpation, no palpable masses, organomegaly or foreign bodies<br>- UROGENITAL - nad<br>- OPTHAL - small hyperpigmented mass (approx 2mm across) ventromedial aspect of RIGHT eye. Mass is contacting the cornea but doesn't appear to be irritated the corneal surface.<br>- AURAL - NAD<br>- NEURO - NAD, full neurological exam not performed<br>- DENTAL - Grade 2/4<br>- INTEG: healthy coat & skin<br>- LNS - nad<br>- MSK - nad<br>- OTHER - <br><br><strong>FAS (in consult room) </strong>- 2<br><br><strong>Assessment</strong><br>- nothing to preclude vaccinations<br><br><strong>Plan</strong><br>Duramune C4<br>B: 5260011<br>E: 30/10/2026<br><br>BronchiShield Oral<br>B: 5245048B<br>E: 19/02/2027<br><br>- flea/worm - continue on NS monthly. Synovan #4- O reports doing much better, more mobile, seems more 'pep in her step'- hasn't noticed any further issues with the pawpad abrasions (of LHL)Plan- 1ml SC Synovan- O queried 4Cyte. Son's dogs (Guilfoyles) use 4Cyte so thought could share with them.- started on the granules. For dogs >30kg, loading dose of 8 scoops x4 wks then down to 4 scoops thereafter.
