Hx:
--> Spritz got a wormer yesterday. This morning he retched up foam before breakfast. He went on a walk and did a few more retches but no actual coughing. No food in retched up material. He seems fine otherwise.

Clin:
--> HR ~100 - no murmurs or arrhythmias; chest sounds clear; mm pink moist, CRT 1 sec. No tracheal sensitivity at all, no coughing or retching during examination, BCS 5/9, BAR.

Rx / Plan:
--> When asked about wormer, it was given but no food or water given after. I suspect he's gotten reflux from the wormer (given the timing of the first retch) and it may have sat in his throat for a littel while, causing some irritation. Recommend just monitoring for now and soft foods. Recheck if symptoms do not resolve in a day or two, or if he worsens.
