Reason: Ear InfectionJoint movement good and wil start another course of zydax.Using epiotic - both earsHistory:- Peggy had ear issues treated with antibiotics for nearly 14 days, which initially resolved but then recurred.- A follicular cyst on the face burst recently.Examination:Left ear: Discharge noted, indicative of an infection.Right ear: Clear, no evidence of infection or discharge.Left muzzle: Presence of a burst follicular cyst.DIAGNOSIS- Ear infection in the left ear- Burst follicular cyst on the left muzzlePlan:1. Prescribe Dermotic for the left ear infection, to be used for 7 days, extend to 14 days if discharge persists.2. If discharge continues after 14 days, perform a culture to identify the correct antibiotic.3. Use Neocort for the burst follicular cyst on the face, apply morning and night until it clears up.4.
