O reports no issues with medication. No changes to vision

1. Eyes: lateral canthus bilateral pannus. Not progressed over the iris yet. 
2. Ears: NAD
3. Mouth: NAD
4. Heart: No murmur or arrhythmia
5. Respiratory/Nasal: normal lung sounds bilaterally 
6: Abdomen: NAD


Current Medications and Doses: tacrolimus 1drop both eyes twice daily

Bilateral pannus

Okay for more tacrolimus. Pannus now present in both eyes.
