05/03/2026 Hx: O describes a hx of a few months of a very mild hack/cough. In the last week has become more regular and obvious. Has always been bright and happy otherwise, EDUD normal. No concerns. Is on parasite prevention at home but no other meds or supps. No V+ or D+ recently but does sometimes have a sensitive stomach and will have self-resolving soft faeces. 

Exam:
BAR
BCS 5/9 
HR/RR WNL, cardiac ausc NAD, resp effort WNL, lung fields clear, MM p/m, CRT <2, occasional soft cough (2x in consult time), not producible on tracheal palp 
EENO G2 tartar mainly accumulating on upper canines and carnassials, otherwise NSF 
Abdo palp NAD
Full MSK deferred today, ambulating normally in consult 
Integ NAD 

Tx:
Meloxicam 1.5mg/ml 19.5kg dose SID 7 days 

Plan:
Revisit INI or if recurs after NSAID therapy. Discussed COHAT with full oral exam + chest x-ray.
