Reason: O Thinks Sebaceous Adenoma's On Her Tummy History:Owners have been out of the country for a while and have since returned Owner has found a lump on left forelimb about 0.8mm firm, hairless, looks like a wart. Has another one on the abdomen similar looking Unsure when they first appeared, Does struggle a bit with arthritis, jumping is more difficult into the car Not on any medications currently No recent vomiting or diarrhoea that owner is aware of Diet: kibble, scraps from dinner Examine:BARBCs 5/9Chest ausc- no murmur or arrythmia Normal bv sounds Eyes/ears nad Skin- left forelimb small cutaneous firm lump, cauliflower appearance, another one on left side of thorax under arm about 0.8cm- cytology- fat, proteinaceous debris, rbc, occasional neutrophil,. No other cells. FL lump did not aspirate well but is similar in appearance to the other lump Abdomen soft and comfortable nad Ambulating normally, nad, no pain on palpation of spine or hips, mild resistance to hip extension Assessment:Fit for vac, has not had in 3 + years so will need a booster in 4-6 weeks Lumps- cutaneous, likely cyst/sebaceous adenoma, wart or similar. No obvious neoplastic cells Discussed weight loss as over by about 2-3 kg Treatment:C5 given SQ FNA of lumps Plan: Revisit in 4-6 weeks for C5 booster Monitor lumps at home. If growing or traumatising then consider removal. The leg one would be challenging to remove as limited skin for closure and would likely be second intention healing. -    Vital Signs    Weight: 21.7;
