EDUF normally. Had ASAGAC removed approx 15mths ago (see prev) Hx. Has been straining a bit with defaecation recently. BAR / friendly and lively. Eyes and ears NAD. MM pink and moist, CRT ok. HR ok. RR ok. Abdo palp nadRectal- Firm knobbly mass on L side where anal sac/ mass was previously. Further up can feel larger round mass L/ dorsal region. Suspect enlarged sublumbar LN?ADV O of these findings are concerning re poss regrowth/ local metastasis from prev disease? Rec we run full bloods (check hyperCa etc..) and pheno levels with view to admit for sedate, FNA mass, abdo u/s (poss FNA LNs?). O consents to blood work.
