No murmur or arrhythmia. <br>R: Panting<br>MM: pink. Dental disease- moderate with tartar and periodontal disease. <br>Hydration: no skin tenting<br>Behavioural: normal<br>Eyes: normal<br>Ears: normal<br>Nose: n<br>Throat:n<br>Oral: see above<br>Cardiovascular: heart and lungs normal. <br>Respiratory: Lungs clear. <br>Abdominal: tense- not able to palpate well. <br>Lymph Nodes: all LNs normal. <br>Integumentary:n<br>Neurologic:n<br>Musculoskeletal: normal spine, FLs and HLs. Yelped once when neck turned to LHS but this not repeatable. <br>Urogenital:n<br>Rectal:n</p> </div> <div> <p>ASSESSMENT<br>Decreased appetite - slower eating pattern over past week<br>Drinking more than normal. <br>Panting. <br>Less able to exercise/. </p> </div> <div> <p>PLAN<br>Full bloods. <br><br>MM- bloods normal. O will monitor for the next few weeks. Next step sedate, xray chest and abdominal ultrasound. May also need urine test. O will let us know and get back to us if wanting further testing done. </p> </div></html>
