<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><strong>History - </strong><br><p>Intermittently licking vulva and sometimes scooting bottom. <br>Had AG expresed at vaccination last week but did not improve. <br>Otherwise happy no issues toileting and no diarrhoea. <br><br><strong>Physical exam - </strong><br>Rechecked AG - very small amount of liquid expressed - not huge OR blocked. Some mild perianal hyperemic skin that could be contributing to scooting. <br><br>Vulva has area of inflammation - clipped and cleaned with dilute chlorhex - no obvious FB (grass seed) or draining sinus but area that is inflamed - possible from prick or insect bite?<br><br><strong>Assessment -</strong> inflammation - local reaction - sting, trauma other ( FB) <br><br><strong>Treatment - </strong><br>Neocort BID 7d <br>E-collar to stop self trauma and allow neocort to stay on. <br><br>INI revisit in a week</p></html>
