Reason: Review? AMAppointment Notes: Overdue remindersHIstory- DUDE wnl. No V+/D+. Pu/pd/pp on prednisolone but off then a few days now. Ears seem better.O measuring RRR- left measurements at home but all were greater than 30bpm- suspect O double counting or no waiting for him to be at rest- keep monitoring.Examination- BAR, ears- much improved but ear canals still mildly stenotic- TMs intact. Cytology- no infection present. Eyes- also look much better- mild keratitis on medial aspect of Reye but L normal- O was not able to get amacin into him. To Wriggley- suspect systemic steriods helped. Overweight. Mild tartar but teeth ok. Chest ausc 4/6 murmur, normal rate/rhythm, lungs clear and mm pink- heart appears stable at present.Treatment- start on elocon weekly ongoing. May need eye drop too but hold off for now. Vital Signs
