Placed 22g IV into R cephalic incase requires further sedation/treatment. Blood collected for CBC, chem 10, pancreatic lipase and triglycerides. grumbly gall bladder and likely chronic pancreatitis, start ursofalk. reassess 6 mths if needed. fasted tryglycerides and low fat diet O called for collection time.
